Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
Experience at Assistant Manager/Manager level in Human Resources or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a proactive approach
Strong employee relations skills and disciplined work ethic
Strong, decisive, results-oriented leadership capabilities with proven ability to develop and manage relationships across the company and with various partners based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge
Demonstrated ability to work under strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and integrity; proven team player
Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships, and provide thought leadership
